The products offered for sale are those presented on the site on the day the customer consults the site. This information is updated regularly and ALT takes the greatest care in writing this information. However, it may happen that an error occurs in the update, this error in no way engages the responsibility of ALT, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
The photographs presented for illustrative purposes do not constitute a contractual document. ALT reserves the right to modify any information present on the site without prior notice to the customer.
The products presented on the site are delivered within the limits of available stocks. The seller will inform
immediately the customer in the event of unavailability of the product ordered and may offer them an equivalent product, a voucher or a refund of the sums paid.
Products sold on the site may not be resold or repackaged and resold without the written consent of ALT.
ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
Ordering an item does not require the customer to register on the site by creating a customer account. However, creating an account allows the customer to benefit from specific advantages and facilitates their purchasing process.
Customer registration is validated by ALT after verification of the registration form completed by the customer. When creating the account, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided and is required to always update their personal information. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, ALT cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.
By creating a customer account on the site, the customer declares and guarantees to ALT that he is of legal age and has the capacity

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
The illustrations and descriptions of the
products offered for sale are provided for information purposes only and do not commit you to

To order a product, the customer must complete an order form specifying certain mandatory fields. the details of their order and its total price and to correct any errors before confirming it. Once the customer has confirmed their order, ALT will acknowledge receipt of it electronically.

final only after ALT has sent the order confirmation to the customer.
ALT reserves the right at any time
to withdraw any product from sale or to modify the content relating to this
product. In very rare cases, ALT may refuse to process an order after sending the customer a confirmation email summarizing the order.
ALT cannot be held liable by the customer for the decision to remove a product from the site or for refusing to process an order. Orders placed on the site are reserved for individuals, for their own use and not for resale. As such, ALT only sells its products in quantities corresponding to the average household needs.
ARTICLE 5 - PRICE
The price of the items includes all taxes. ALT will cover the cost of shipping the items unless otherwise stated. All prices shown are calculated based on the VAT applicable in France, which may vary depending on the billing country. For sales made abroad, the customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes or customs clearance.
ALT reserves the right to modify
its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time the order is placed and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
Payment of customer purchases
is made by bank card (cards from the "CB", Mastercard, Visa, American Express network are accepted) as well as by
electronic payment (Apple Pay, PayPal). Products are payable in cash when ordering.
Payment for purchases is made via
The secure platform of our partner Stripe. The customer acknowledges that providing their credit card number to ALT constitutes authorization to debit their account for the amount of the order placed. The customer's credit card is debited when the order is prepared.
The customer also has the option
to opt for payment in three installments without charge. This payment method
is made through our partner Alma. If the customer chooses this payment method (subject to acceptance by Alma), a third of the order amount will be debited at the time of purchase, the second third one month later, and the third third two months later. Payment in three interest-free installments cannot be made for orders exceeding €2,000.
ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY
Depending on the delivery times announced by our service providers, deliveries may be handled by La Poste or another carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. During delivery of the order, the risk of loss
or deterioration of the product is assumed by ALT or by the carrier and is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
Delivery is made to
the delivery address indicated by the customer. ALT delivers orders within a maximum of 2 to 3 days. ALT cannot be held responsible for delivery delays not caused by its fault. Packages are generally
shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Regarding orders for products "out of stock", "in
pre-order", "customized" or "made-to-measure" the delivery time is generally 3 to 4 weeks. In accordance with the Code of
consumption, delivery of the items will take place on time
communicated by ALT and, where applicable, no later than 30 days from the order date, subject to full payment of the order. The customer has the option of having the items delivered to a person
physical as a gift, for example. No deliveries can be made to hotels, business addresses, or PO boxes.
The deadlines communicated are not
for information purposes only. If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package
is not intact, the customer will open it in the presence of the
carrier. If the items are damaged, the customer will detail them on the delivery slip. Delivery is free within France (for orders above 100€). It will be charged €20 for shipments within Europe and 40€ for the rest of the world.
ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT
The customer has a legal right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 60 days after receiving the goods, if he meets the conditions set out in these provisions, without having to justify his decision. After this period, the customer will no longer be able to exercise his right of withdrawal.
This right of withdrawal cannot
exercise for the return of personalized products, made to measure or according to the specifications requested by the customer.
To notify its decision of
withdrawal, the customer will contact ALT customer service via the address

The customer must return the items
delivered, in their original packaging and complete (cover, certificate,
envelope, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or used will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you.
Reimbursement of the amounts paid will be made within 14 days following the date on which ALT received the returned products and will be made using the payment method used when ordering. Please note that in the case of a gift, the right of withdrawal remains with the customer and cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift.
ARTICLE 9 - CONFORMITY
The customer must ensure that the items delivered correspond to their order. In the event that the items do not conform to their order, the customer must inform ALT customer service using the following address: contact@alt-paris.com.
The presence of a defect or fault
apparent on a product must give rise to a complaint by mail
electronically to contact@alt-paris.com within three days of delivery. The customer must explain the defect. After this period, no claims, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. The customer must return the delivered items in their original packaging and complete (pouch, certificate, envelope, etc.). If the defect is confirmed by ALT, it will give rise to a credit note for the customer, an exchange, a replacement of the product, or a refund of the price of the item within 14 days. In the event of non-compliance with the return procedure, no exchange or refund is possible.

The ALT brand as well as all figurative or non-figurative brands, the
