ARTICLE 1 - PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site on the day the customer consults the site. This information is updated regularly and ALT takes the greatest care in compiling this information. However, it may happen that an error occurs in the update, this error in no way engages the responsibility of ALT, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
Photographs presented for illustration purposes do not constitute a contractual document. ALT reserves the right to modify any information on the site without first informing the customer.
The products presented on the site are delivered while stocks last. The seller will inform
immediately the customer in the event of unavailability of the ordered product and can offer him an equivalent product, a voucher or a refund of the sums paid.
The products sold on the site cannot be resold or re-packaged and resold without the written consent of the ALT company.
ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
Ordering an item does not require the customer to register on the site by creating a customer account. However, creating an account allows the customer to benefit from specific advantages and facilitate their purchasing process.
The customer's registration is validated by ALT after verification of the registration form completed by the customer. ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
Illustrations and descriptions of
products offered for sale are provided for informational purposes only and do not commit to

To order a product, the customer must complete an order form specifying certain mandatory fields. ALT reserves the right at any time

ALT cannot be held responsible by the customer due to the decision to remove a product from the site or the refusal to process an order. Orders placed on the site are reserved for individuals, for their own use and not for resale. As such, ALT only sells its products in quantities corresponding to the average household needs.
ARTICLE 5 - PRICE
The price of the items is inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs for items are covered by ALT unless otherwise stated. All prices indicated are calculated according to the VAT applicable in France, which may be different depending on the country of invoicing. For sales made abroad, payment of various duties and taxes or customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
ALT reserves the right to modify
its prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed at the time the order is registered and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
Payment for customer purchases
is carried out by bank card (cards from the "CB", Mastercard, Visa, American Express network are accepted) as well as by
electronic payment (Apple Pay, PayPal). The products are payable in cash when ordering.
Payment for purchases is made for life
the secure platform of our partner Stripe. The customer acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to ALT constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the price of the order placed. The customer's bank card is debited when the order is prepared.
The customer also has the possibility
to opt for payment in three installments free of charge. This method of payment
is carried out via our partner Alma. If the customer chooses this payment method (subject to acceptance by Alma), one third of the amount of their order will be deducted at the time of purchase, the second third one month later and the third third two months later . Payment in three installments free of charge cannot be made for orders worth more than 2,000 euros.
ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY
Depending on the deadlines announced by our service providers, deliveries can be ensured by La Poste or another carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. During delivery of the order, the risk of loss
or deterioration of the product is assumed by ALT or by the carrier and is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
Delivery is made to
the delivery address indicated by the customer. ALT delivers orders within a principle of 5 to 7 days maximum. ALT cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery which is not its fault. Packages are generally
shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Regarding orders for products "out of stock", "in
pre-order", "personalized" or "made-to-measure" the delivery time is generally 3 to 4 weeks. In accordance with the Code of
consumption, delivery of the items will take place on time
communicated by ALT and where applicable no later than 30 days from the order date subject to full payment of the order. The customer has the option of having the items delivered to a person
physical as part of a gift for example. No deliveries can be made to hotels, to professional addresses or to post office boxes.
The deadlines communicated are not
only for information purposes. If, upon delivery, the exterior appearance of the package
is not intact, the customer will open it in the presence of the
carrier. If the items are damaged, the customer will detail them on the delivery note. Delivery is free for shipments in France. It will be charged 10€ for a shipment to Europe, we do not carry out for the

ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
The customer benefits from a legal right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 14 days after receipt of the goods, if he meets the conditions set out in these provisions, without having to justify his decision. This right of withdrawal cannot
practice for the return of personalized products, made to measure or according to the specifications requested by the customer.

The customer must return the items
delivered, in their original packaging and complete (pouch, certificate,
envelope, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or used will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned.
The reimbursement of the sums paid will take place within 14 days following the date on which ALT received the returned products and will be made according to the payment method used when ordering. Please note that in the case of a gift, the right of withdrawal remains for the benefit of the customer and cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift.
ARTICLE 9 - COMPLIANCE
The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the items do not conform to their order, the customer must inform ALT customer service using the following address: contact@alt-paris.com.
The presence of a defect or defect

electronically to contact@alt-paris.com within three days of delivery. The customer must explain the defect noted. After this period, no complaints, returns or exchanges will be accepted.
